Our Services

Evidenced Based Nursing Education (EBNE)

Nursing science is growing and, with it, the body of knowledge that supports nursing education. Advanced Learning Perspectives can help you utilize the latest research to identify best practices for the classroom, the clinical environment, and even your institution's organizational structure to help your students and faculty succeed.

Professional Identity

The University of Kansas School of Nursing will be hosting the second annual Professional Identity Think Tank September 17-18, 2019. Advanced Learning Perspective's Dr. Nelda Godfrey is a leading expert in this exciting and emerging field. We offer professional identity formation curriculum development and workshops. If you are interested in professional identity formation research, Advanced Learning Perspectives is open to collaboration.

Culture Change

Is your organization in the midst of a cultural change? Are you worried about how staff turnover and faculty retirements will impact your program? We can help you smooth the transition and minimize the stress put on faculty caused by restructuring.

Clinical and Experiential Learning

Clinical learning is one of the most challenging components of a quality nursing education program. Let us assist you in designing and maintaining a value-added clinical or classroom experience. Whether you are seeking a clinical curriculum, a better way to manage clinical faculty, or ideas on how to enhance your classroom environment, we can help.

Partnerships and Dual ADN/BSN Curriculum

Advanced Learning Perspectives faculty consultants have experience designing, implementing, and managing partnership programs for community college and baccalaureate institutions. Our Kansas Community College Partnership Program currently consists of eight partner schools and the University of Kansas. It allows students to enroll at both their local community college and KU to completely coursework for their ADN and BSN simultaneously. Contact us to see how we can assist you with designing and implementing a partnership program for your institution.

Competency-Based Time Variable Education

Conceptual Learning

The faculty consultants at Advanced Learning Perspectives have experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of concept-based curriculum. No matter what stage of the change process you are in, we can assist your institution with your concept-based curricular needs.
