Laura Klenke-Borgmann, MSN, RN, is a clinical assistant professor at the KU School of Nursing. She teaches Nursing 329: Alterations in Physiological Functioning I and NURS 336: Alterations in Physiological Functioning II.

Prior to coming to the KU School of Nursing, Klenke-Borgmann was on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Philadelphia.

Her clinical background is emergency and trauma nursing. She has worked in several Emergency Department throughout the country, including St. Louis, New York City and Philadelphia. Klenke-Borgmann also has a research background. While earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in nursing education at the University of Pennsylvania, she worked as the nurse research coordinator at the ALS Clinic at the Penn Comprehensive Neuroscience Center.
