Laura Klenke-Borgmann, MSN, RN, is a clinical assistant professor at the KU School of Nursing. She teaches NURS 329: Alterations in Physiological Functioning I/II and works as the clinical coordinator in the undergraduate program.

Prior to coming to KU School of Nursing, Klenke-Borgmann was on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Philadelphia.

Her clinical background is emergency and trauma nursing. She's worked in several Emergency Departments throughout the country, including St. Louis, New York City and Philadelphia. Klenke-Borgmann also has a research background. While earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in nursing education at the University of Pennsylvania, she worked as the nurse research coordinator at the ALS Clinic at the Penn Comprehensive Neuroscience Center.
